Rent a workforce
Within the framework of ‘Rent a workforce’ the employee is on our payroll and the client rents him/her from greatJob. Thus the cost of employment is shared. greatJob will pay all the applicable expense associated with having an employee, and the client will receive an monthly invoice for the service, which is tax deductible.

Job Placement
The classic way of employment mediation where we find the most suitable candidate for that specific job profile in the form of a shortlist.

Outsourcing
greatJob can take over to complete certain tasks here at greatJob or even on the client site, using either our own employees or one of our partners.

Try & Hire
This method is the most advantageous when it comes to employment mediation - job placement. The jobseeker works for the client for an agreed time (usually the first 3 months) as temporary placement and is being on our payroll. After the agreed time the client may decide to keep the employee and reward him/her with a permanent placement.
